Oh yeah the snake pits of wires we find in MDU's.....I have been doing this for along time, I have 5 buildings to look at this week and 25 on my board currently being built. If you are going to it, do it right! Do a lot of research, and never be afraid to ask others what works well for thier clients. Technology changes so much, prices, equipment, programming, etc. Research and Study all of your options. Look up SMATV on the internet, and find people to help.
