Re: Mechanic's liens

Bolt cutters at a node around 2:00 am and a call from a payphone the next morning to the cable owner saying that bad things happen to people who don't pay their bills. They will put the pressure on the contractor and everybody gets paid quick. This has worked very well for me for 36 years.
