Qualifications
Must be capable and willing to work on the road for multi-week rotations/Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions/Must be able to lift/pull/carry 75 pounds.

Must have positive attitude. Must be willing to take direction and guidance from lead and foreman. MUST BE EAGER TO LEARN AND GROW
Job Description
Assist Lead Lineman with running a bucket truck.
Follow guidance to hang fiber optic cable and strand, coax, copper cables on poles.
Ability to assist crews to safely operate a boom truck, placing and removing poles, climb poles as needed, and utilize standard tools of the trade.
Set up traffic control signs and cones and direct traffic as needed.
Flexibility to work across all divisions (underground, fiber, coax)
Willing to work outside in varying weather conditions
Travel is required for this position - Most travel may be overnight
Experience in aerial coax and fiber construction is good but not required
Class A or B commercial driver’s license preferred but not required
Knowledge in building strand, lashing/over lashing, pole transfers, vertical grounds, and building and repairing aerial telecommunication transmission lines is a plus.
