Job Description
. Manage in-house and sub-contract construction crews
· Ability to focus on the task at hand and work under tight timelines on day to day operational pressure.
· Compliance and documentation of all applicable safety requirements
· Construction Operation in providing direction and oversight for contractors at the worksite
· Works and resolves issues with the contractor
· Understanding of material warehousing and materials
· Assist in Tracking, compiling and organizing data related to generating work schedules and completion reports.
· Enforce standardized project documentation and directives for the project
. Must be able to identify flaws in the design and coordinate redesign with system coordinators.
· Determines and communicates acceptable changes in procedures for specific projects
· Responsible for timely completion of project completion reports
. Keep MSO coordinators up to date with project statuses.
. Provide accurate as-builts to MSO upon completion of project, with accurate footages and proper placement of system devices.
. Be on call for the production area should an emergency arise.
