ASAP. Matrix build project. We need two man crews with bucket truck and splice tools. $80 per hour per guy to open up PDOs and JSOs and update or build out the matrix. If there is any splicing needed, $15 per splice on top of hourly.

Qualifications
We are a prime contractor looking for subs experienced in splice work, must have bucket and tools. Project will lead to JSO splice work in the near future. All per JSO pricing! Competitive rates!
