Job Description
Aerial Foreman will provide guidance and coordinate the activities of an aerial line construction crew, as well as document the work performed by assigned crew members; responsible for ensuring that the installation, maintenance, and/or repair of customers telecommunications equipment is completed safely, timely, and accurately. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of telecommunications network or system construction; ability to read and comprehend maps and schematics; familiarity with aerial lift devices, utility lines and poles, and the functionality of each; ability to use cable placement equipment and tools; ability to identify and troubleshoot problems.
