Experienced splicers only. Applicants must provide proof of previous work experience in the industry.

W-2 / Employee will be responsible for providing your truck, hand tools, PPE, pumps, blowers, etc. Splicers, Inc. will provide splicing and testing equipment. 1099/ Sub-Contractor will be responsible for providing all tools and equipment required for W-2/Employees, PLUS ALL splicing and testing equipment. Regardless of employment status, all will either need to provide their own bucket truck or pick-up truck and be proficient with working on a ladder.

Splicers, Inc. is currently looking for experienced Fiber Optic Cable Splicers who are able to relocate to Texas for the duration of the project. The project will include buried pedestal work, a lot of Aerial Splicing, and rear easement work. There will also be a good amount of work that will NOT be accessible by bucket truck. This project is supposed to be a long-term project. To date, we have not experienced any disappointment with the client.

As mentioned before, there will be lots of rear easement work. If you are not able to work in rear easements or just refuse to work in them, then please do not contact us.
