1-3 years experience at the management/supervisory level in the telecommunications industry either installation, construction or drop bury. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel if needed.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) , Ability to organize and plan with several moving parts. Ability to take ownership of the project and assist/support as needed to achieve company goals.

This is a long telecommunications drop bury project with a nation wide company. The main focus of this position is to supervise in house/ sub-contractors drop crews in day to day operations. With the help of other personnel, work will need to be routed on a daily basis, jobs need to be tracked, and customer needs met.

-Oversee day to day & overall project timelines
-Route work daily to crews in the field based on locates and due dates
-Maintain strict timelines on individual job completion
-Manage resources in the field to meet each job complication
-Maintain materials inventory
-Keep record of all materials
-Order new materials when needed
-Issue materials to crews when necessary
-Customer Service – Damage claims
-Investigate damage claims
-Maintain damage claim records
-Communicate with customer, homeowner, and crew all damage claims and resolutions.
-Site surveys
-Visit constructions sites to verify path, locates, and equipment needed
