Job Description

INHOUSE:

Crew Rates and Scope of work Aerial Project
Crews are responsible for providing all Hand tools & maintaining all Company provided equipment to complete the tasks assigned. Material will be provided as required for completion of tasks. All Company Vehicles will be parked each night at our assigned location.
Rates
All Inclusive $2.50 per foot, No lower line items can be billed
or
• J-1.a Strand, Hardware, Placement________________$1.25 per foot
• J-1.b Place-Lash Cables, Coaxial and or Fiber______$0.79 per foot
• J-1.C Place Anchor_________________________________$250.00 each
• J-1.d Down Guy Placement & Rework______________$70.00 per pole
• J-1.e Riser Placement/rework______________________$40.00 per pole

The scope of work will entail:
This is a non-smoking site. NO SMOKING anywhere on-site property.
Notifying residents with Door Tags or in person of upcoming work in the area and date of intention.
All work will be performed in a Safe and professional manner. This includes all Vehicles in use are Safe and Maintained. Hard hats and personal protection equipment are required by all personnel at all times in all areas. Personnel not complying with the hardhat requirement will be dismissed from the site. crew may assess a fine for non-compliance of Title 8, Cal OSHA.
• Work entails J-1.a Placement of Strand including Make Ready (this includes all Strand Placement Any and all adjustments and placements on poles per make ready call out).
• Work entails J-1.b Place-Lash Cables, Includes Placement and Lashing of cables Coaxial and or Fiber , snowshoes where required and storage and tail coils as required per plans (all storage and coil footages are not billable but are required as noted)
• Work entails J-1.c Placement of Anchors in accordance to make ready direction and size, anchor types may vary. Including all White lining and calling in 811 USA locates. (all locate ticket numbers need to be submitted to Supervisor for record)
• Work entails J-1.d Placement/adjustment of down guys and all components deemed by make ready per pole
• Work entails J-1.e Riser placement and Rework when required.
• Crew is responsible for repairing or replacing any surface or structures damaged while completing its scope of work.
• Cleanup. Crews shall keep the project free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, or rubbish caused by its operations. On completion of the work, Crews will remove all debris, waste materials, rubbish, and surplus material from the Project area and will thoroughly clean the project, leaving it in a neat and broom-clean condition. If a crew fails to clean up, RAD may do so at the crew's expense.
End of week reports of progress. These will entail updated Redlines showing what work was completed and sequential numbers at poles and loops, notations of any complaints or issues.

• J-1.d Down Guy Placement & Rework ______________$80.00 per pole
• J-1.e Riser Placement/rework_______________________$45.00 per pole

• Sub-Contractor is responsible for repairing or replacing any surface or structures damaged while completing its scope of work.
• Cleanup. Subcontractors shall keep the project free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, or rubbish caused by its operations. On completion of the work, Subcontractor will remove all debris, waste materials, rubbish, and surplus material from the Project area and will thoroughly clean the project, leaving it in a neat and broom-clean condition. If a contractor fails to clean up, RAD may do so at Contractor’s expense.

INCENTIVE FOR MORE THAN 4 TRUCKS AN ADDITIONAL 30 CENTS PER FOOT FOR 90 DAYS FOR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS!
