Underground Business, looking for an Office Secretary to assist with, Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, to be able to work as a team, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety, responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, greeting visitors, answering phone calls. Ultimately, the secretary should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. Experience with construction industry is needed.
We are located in Mckinney, TX
Responsibilities
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Locates for underground jobs
• Provide general support to visitors
• Assist in the onboarding process for new jobs
. Schedule jobs for construction
. Must meet all construction deadlines
