Job Summary
Operations Manager, Refurbishment and Repair of Cable/Telco CPE Product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage all aspects of the refurbishment and repair operation.
• Define the process flow and update as required to meet product, customer, and operational goals
• Support product test solution analysis leading to vendor selection.
• Source required equipment (e.g., benches) for process implementation
2. Document all process and procedures as is relates to the refurbishment and repair operations.
3. Manage “special projects” for customer and/or product configuration.
4. Support purchasing on parts identification, plus demand and supply planning as needed.
5. Negotiate relationship, terms, deliverables, and establish metrics for 3rd party suppliers.
6. Support IT on shop floor requirements, test solution, and launch in operations.
7. Manage, train, and mentor AMT and temporary operations staff. Deliver all assigned actions in agreed time frame.
8. Deliver all assigned actions in agreed time frame.
9. Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Be able to lift 25-50 lbs.
Minimum Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
