Job Description
Duties, Skills & Responsibilities:
• Must be dependable & reliable, show up on time when scheduled
• Must have clean appearance & good attitude towards crew & customers
• Must be able to review, understand & comply with plans & permits
• Must be able to follow direction from Senior Management
• Must be able to meet scheduling needs & document added / extra work
• Must be able to fill out time sheets and production reports daily
• Must be able to oversee, line out and lead crews and subcontractors
• Must be able to oversee and enforce safety & quality industry standards
• Must be able to track field production and complete redline prints
• Must be familiar with Telco Aerial & Buried construction practices
• Must have previous experience with MS office & Excel
• Other duties as directed and or assigned by management
Physical Requirements & Working Environment:
• Work 8 to 10 hours per day 5 days per week
• Must be able to work overtime as needed during busy season
• Ability to work in various outside temperatures both hot & cold
• Ability to lift and carry 50 to 75 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand and twist continuously throughout the day
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must Possess valid driver’s license & clean MVR. CDL is preferred
• Must have 5 years of previous Telco Project Management experience
• Must be able to train, manage and lead other employees
• Must be able to pass a drug test
