Bonus up to $10,000.00 Details: based on leadership experience, field knowledge, equipment knowledge, drilling, locating ,map reading, dig safe, safety, background check, verified previous experience and training. To the right individual we are looking for (a) leader with the required experience to run and manage his own crew, meet a minimum monthly production quota, (a easily reachable quota for a motivated leader) a $1,000.00 bonus will be distributed each month for ten consecutive months.

Drill operator and Locator Job Description
• Directional drill operation of JT20 and JT10 drills.
• Operation of mini excavator and/or skid steer
• Directional drill locator familiar with new recon systems
• Drill operation on 15,000lb machines and under backhoe, and trenchers
• Read cable TV design prints
• Additional duties such as assisting with setting pedestals, handholes, pulling cable, core drilling, asphalt and concrete removal and replacement.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 year experience as crew leader
• Must be able to pass background and drug testing
• Must have valid driver’s license and have no major violations within the past 5 years
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Preferred CDL or minimum class E licensure
• Must be able to work long hours include nights and weekends if necessary
• Must be able to read and understand cable TV design prints, maps, as-builts, and work orders
• Should possess leadership skills and be able to work in a team-oriented environment
