Must follow all OSHA, FDOT, ANSI standards, as well as company rules & regulations, able to stand for 10 hours a day, able to lift 50+ pounds, able to work in the elements (heat, cold, rain), MUST have CDL

Crew Leader: Must be able to set and implement the safety standard set out by company to crew members they are overseeing. Coach, counsel and train any crew members they are overseeing. Lead their crew to be safe, productive, and keep the best interest of each crew member. Crew leader isn’t limited to the areas outlined below but is comprised of the ability to lead a crew of 3-4 employee in a safe and productive manner. Drive, set up, breakdown and perform general daily maintenance on the drill. Perform various pipe configurations of underground utility installation. Must be able to establish a safe work area. Must be able to calibrate and set up locator. Must have experience operating the drill near active utilities, ability to direct and steer the drill head in a safe manner. Must have experience operating a mini excavator, familiarity with working near active utilities as well as familiarity with locate systems and standards. Must perform good housekeeping techniques after completion of work.
