Field Manager
Job Summary:
- Works directly with OPM to manage and coordinate activities of construction workers and job sites.
General Accountabilities:
- Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
- Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures.
- Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs.
- Manage, coordinate, or schedule the activities of construction workers and laborers.
- Confer with managerial personnel, other departments, or contractors to resolve problems or to coordinate activities.
- Coordinate work activities with other construction project activities.
- Order or requisition materials or supplies.
- Locate, measure, and mark site locations or placement of structures or equipment, using measuring and marking equipment.
- Record information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports.
- Assign work to employees, based on material or worker requirements of specific jobs.
- Help gather all final information, redlines and measurements for billing.
- Should spend most of their time in the field following up on projects.
- Should always be monitoring and training field employees.

Job Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 5-7 years of related experience
- Must be able to read prints
- Understands redlines
