Required for splicing: HS Diploma, 2 Years utility related experience, Drivers License. Required for aerial: HS Diploma or GED, No felonies or violent misdemeanors in the last 3 years, valid ID and other I9 docs, DL is preferred This is for entry level positions, and is the BARE MINIMUM to be considered for employment. If you have experience, that changes things.

Preferred for splicing: 2 years of experience in fiber optics or low voltage work. Familiarity with a fusion splice machine and OTDR, Knowledge and understanding of troubleshooting methods. Preferred for aerial: 2 years of experience as a ground hand/lineman combined. Ability to climb a pole and use a buck squeeze. Familiarity with all types of lash equipment. Familiarity with bucket trucks, and flagging laws. No past OSHA violations on record.

We are growing fast, and like everyone else, having trouble finding good workers to meet our increasing demand. If you are a self starter, tired of the dead end you are at, and willing to work hard while getting paid well; then we are the right place for you. We have opening for ALL positions in Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Houston. We are hiring for underground employees as well in our Houston and San Antonio markets. We are only looking for experienced people in the UG side at this time, but entry level is welcome both in splicing and aerial. Space is limited. You’ll get a truck, and all the equipment to do the job. However, we don’t yet have insurance or PTO, but we do plan to offer it in the near future (no later than Q2 2022).
