Qualifications:
• 2+ years of verifiable experience preferred in receiving, storing, issuing and accounting for assets in a warehouse
• Ability to operate a forklift, hand trucks, dollies and pallet jacks.
• Familiar with the use of standard office equipment, including printers, copiers, computers, etc.
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions
Local applicants are preferred.
Pre-Employment testing to include MVR, Drug Screen and Background.
All Applicants MUST be able to pass a DOT physical and have an acceptable driving record.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States – We participate in E Verify
Description:
Want to work with a great Team? Source Broadband Services is seeking fulltime Warehouse Associate interested in building a long-term career in the underground telecommunications / cable industry.
Job consists of managing all warehouse operational activities and is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, safety and shipment of all project assets in the warehouse.
Most of our work is performed under master service agreements with telecom carriers and regional utilities. The work consists of new builds, maintenance, and restoration in rural and metro areas.
The scope of work varies between each job and candidates must be able to:
• Provide timely and accurate disbursement of equipment to technicians
• Perform timely receipt of equipment from all technicians
• Perform daily audits of customer equipment to include accurate tracking and current inventory records
• Always maintain a clean and orderly warehouse – Must meet code and safety regulations
• Transport equipment and materials to job sites and / or other facilities as needed
• Assist technicians in loading cable trucks and trailers
• Work as a team in tandem with all other Employees, Customers and Vendors
• Perform all duties adhering to company safety procedures and policies
