Job Description
The position of District Supervisor is a full time position requiring 40 hours per week and reports directly to an Area Manager. This position is responsible for leading and directing a team of employees in the operations of a specific area containing multiple customers and stores
Job Responsibilities
• Effectively lead and manage the team of employees to include coaching, counseling, training, performance reviews and employee development.
• Create customer focused practices and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Comply with store schedules and coordination of all work, in store and residential, within the area of responsibility.
• Perform regular and consistent usage of all company systems and audit information periodically as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager to review daily, weekly and monthly reports to drive profitably of the district and ensure compliance.
• Ensure accountability to area sales and profit budget.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to hire and maintain required staffing levels for all positions within the area.
• Conduct all training, to include orientation and ongoing training, for employees and ensure all are adequately trained.
• Ensure compliance with procedures related to sales, safety, quality and loss prevention.
• Assemble all products according to manufacturer’s directions and specifications
• Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis.
Position Requirements
• Excellent management, customer service and communication skills.
• General skills in MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to possess and use required tools.
• Required availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to provide an acceptable background and driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
Essential Job Functions
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk for long periods of time and periodically climb up and down stairs.
• Frequently bending, kneeling and reaching.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to assemble small parts and calibrate precise measurements.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and oral.
• Required overnight travel up 10% of the time.
Compensation
• Piecework commission/ Non Exempt
• District bonus pay as a % of tech sales in the assigned district
