Job Description
NEXXTGEN is seeking motivated individuals to join our team
We are hiring experienced tower technicians & Foreman
You are required to travel 1-2 weeks at a time upon completion of training.
GENERAL DUTYS
• Use of hand tools
• Climbing towers at various heights
• Utilizing Cranes, Aerial Lifts, Boom Lift, and other equipment
• Install equipment on new and existing construction
• Testing and trouble shooting
• Repair or replace faulty equipment
• Install equipment as indicated by customer
• Preparation and cleaning of sites every day
• Organization and cleaning of company trucks and trailers
• Loading and Off-loading material, inventory and equipment
• Other tasks as assigned
LIFESTYLE
• Living in close quarters with others
• or $175 day-you cover Logging & Food
• Traveling away from home for 50%-90% of the Year
• Conducting yourself professionally both on and off duty
• Securing and maintaining required certifications
• Ability to work outside in all elements; including but not limited to extreme temperatures.
REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Drivers License
• Able to pass a background check & drug test
• Ability to carry, climb and maneuver an 80-pound, 28-foot extension ladder
• Able to work in varying outside weather conditions
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Desire for full-time, long term W-2 employment
