Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced supervisor to lead our fiber construction crews.
Requirements:
2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of underground and aerial construction techniques for both coaxial and fiber optic installations.
Ability to read system prints
Knowledge of coaxial and fiber optic splicing is a plus but not required.
Duties:
Manage in-house and sub-contract construction crews
Oversee projects from the beginning design phase until completion.
Must be able to identify flaws in the design and coordinate redesign with system coordinators.
Keep MSO coordinators up to date with project statuses.
Provide accurate as-builts to MSO upon completion of project, with accurate footages and proper placement of system devices.
On call for the production area should an emergency arise.
Coordinate with warehouse manager to manage and maintain adequate stock of all materials
Review production reports and relaying them to upper management.
