Job Description
The current positions we are actively looking to fill are Aerial Lineman. It is important to us that we find someone who is a leader and able to work well with others. As crew leader, we expect our linemen to confidently direct their team while motivating them to efficiently and safely complete projects.
Responsibilities for an Aerial Lineman:
Read and understand prints and maps; track progress on projects
Operate T40 and 1-ton bucket trucks
Ability to gaff poles
Set anchors, dress poles, and place strand and fiber to customer specifications
Pull cable through conduit and lash onto strand
Work in an outdoor environment during all times of the year
Direct traffic flow in accordance with local D.O.T. guidelines
