Pay

Pay per job, earning potential is endless. Techs averaging $800-$1500 per week.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older • Can work outside in inclement weather conditions • Comfortable working on a ladder at heights of up to 40 feet. • Comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces • Ability to bend, stoop, stand, kneel or squat for extended lengths of time • Able to lift 80 pounds periodically throughout the work day • Pass a background check and drug test (no felony convictions) • Availability to potentially 6 days a week along with holidays.

Other Requirements

• Valid/Current Driver's License • MUST be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test • Be able to carry and climb ladders • Must have a Van, Mini Van, or Truck in good condition, various hand and power tools, ladders (28ft min and 6ft step ladder), Meter assistance can be provided.

Looking for techs in the following markets.

Indiana - Ft. Wayne/Merrillville, Washington DC/Maryland


• Ensures Customer Satisfaction. Preparing for installations by reviewing installation orders, gathering equipment, supplies and tools and coordinating schedules with customers.
• Planning installations by evaluating location, locating access and laying-out equipment and wiring plan.
• Establishing satellite TV systems by installing equipment, running and pulling cable, programming and calibrating equipment while adhering to codes, regulations and standards.
• Verifying satellite TV systems for correct functionality and optimal performance by testing equipment and connections and identifying and correcting any issues.
• Maintaining accurate records through documenting installations, services and repairs.
• Maintaining and improving service and rapport with customers through listening to their descriptions of problems, answering questions and resolving issues through diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, replacing and/or upgrading components.
• Referring to schematics, manuals and manufacturer's instructions as needed.
• Maintaining a safe work environment by following safe practices and adhering to safety policies.
• Ensuring adequate supply levels by inventorying stock, placing and verifying orders.
• Updating and improving job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.
• Enhancing the organization's reputation through personal accountability for accomplishing new and different requests and always striving to be the best.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings.
