Utilities One Inc is looking for a qualified Outside Plant Project Manager for Underground and Aerial Construction in Kennewick and Spokane, Washington State. Job Description:
The OSP Project Manager is responsible for directing in-house crews and subcontractors. He plays the lead role in planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation to completion. This position supports the Project Management and Construction team, customers, and various personnel in the company.

Responsibilities:
Oversee construction projects from beginning to end;
Direct the performance of the construction craft personnel on all duties according to prescribed safety procedures up to and including the uses of the appropriate safety equipment for the construction of overhead and underground;
Manage budget to align with goals of the business;
Provide direction and support for Supervisors, Linemen crews during all phases of construction activity;
Ensure that it meets industry standards, is technically reliable, and performed in a timely and cost-efficient manner;
Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed;
Allocate and manage resources to ensure they are available when needed throughout the construction projects;
Perform other duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:
Must have proven experience in OSP underground and aerial fiber optic construction methods and procedures;
Read, understand and interpret engineering plans and specifications;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Work up to 6 days per week in an all-weather environment and be willing to travel as required;
A pre-employment, on-site certification will be required. The applicant must successfully show that he/she is competent in the duties as described within this document;
Compliance with proper safety standards, procedures, and work practices according to Utilities One or project customer;
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation techniques.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
