Qualifications
Five (5) years of experience in the construction, maintenance, and repair of the outside plant (OSP) that supports telecommunications services. Working knowledge of safe construction practices used in building aerial and underground communications networks. • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office-Word/Excel.
Other Requirements
Truck will be provided or compensation for personal vehicle used for work, fuel card, mileage, etc. Must have valid DL with clean MVR. Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Job Description
Plans, organizes, secures, and manages resources to successfully complete specific project goals and objectives. Uses industry-accepted PM knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to achieve a project’s stated objectives. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations. Develop detailed project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet needs of customers. Manages the project budget and financial resources. Sets and manages client expectations, managing and escalating issues and changes.

-Schedule Construction crews and staff
-Tracking hours/production for crews
-Scheduling of white-lines, locates
-Scheduling & coordination splicing
-Scheduling of materials and deliveries
-Manage In-House crews as well as Subcontractors
-Issue work
-Permitting & Invoicing
-Manage QC Department
-Must be able to handle customer issues
-Meet and discuss with customers on a daily basis regarding projects
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word
-Must show a strong sense of leadership
-Must be able to communicate well
-Must be very detail oriented
-Critical thinking is a must
