Pay

Good rates! Pay by Activity code you work on (Per foot, per install, per drop, etc.). MST Drops are paid per drop.

Qualifications

Required to have bucket trucks. Must be fully equipped with all tools and equipment for Aerial Construction and Fiber Splicing. MUST BE ABLE TO TROUBLESHOOT! Some climbing will be necessary.

Other Requirements

Must have all hand tools with Truck, ladder and/or bucket truck for drop and install work. Installers will need fiber meter to take readings for verification. Aerial crews will need bucket trucks and hooks with all supporting equipment, lasher, reel trailers, etc. and insurance.

Looking to 1099 Aerial Construction Subcontractor on East Coast!

Long Term Work for Aerial Construction:

- Strand and Lash (Paid Per Foot)
- Overlashing, Delash & Relash
- Pole setting, transfer and removal (Paid per attachment)
- Fiber Aerial & Buried Splicing
- Install Guy,Guard, Anchors Rod, Pedestal (Paid per Code)
- Install FOSC, Dongle, snowshoes and slack loops, Rearrange Fiber
- OTDR and PWR meter reading
- UG Pulling and Placing
- Conduit & Vacant Duct placing
- Aerial and Buried Closure Built
- Trimming (Paid per Foot)
- Install Distribution Panel/Hub (FDP/FDH), AMP, Fire Ant
- Etc.
