Qualifications
I’m looking for a few experienced motivated drillers with rock experience is a plus but we can train you. Also looking for locators and laborers. If you are already a 2 or 3 man team then that is good. This is a production base pay so you must be motivated to get the pipe in the ground in a timely way. Saying that, I’m also looking for people who will take care of the equipment because that is what is going to make you money. So you must be focused everyday and plan your day a day before.

We are doing multiple projects in Ohioans North Carolina for the power Company and Fiber placements.
We like to do rock drilling so knowing how to do rock will earn you a lot more money on your paycheck.
You must have your own insurance for your own crew before you can start working. If you don’t have insurance then we will also hire in-house workers on production pay.
