Job Description:
The power Delivery Project Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in the management of operations through the effective utilization of distribution team members and equipment. He is responsible for supervising power linemen and/or subcontractors to install, repair, and maintain underground telecommunications lines. Also, they read the blueprints of projects and are responsible for production.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all personnel understand assigned tasks and provide necessary briefings;
- Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures;
- Assist in building out/upgrading both underground and aerial aspects of the network;
- Have the working knowledge of engineering work prints, ability to understand and interpret construction documents;
- Perform audits of operations to ensure work is being completed in compliance with project specifications and monitor safe work practices;
- Maintain accurate and complete departmental records;
- Effective change control and risk management processes;
- Effective team coordination and project financial skills;
- Support of company’s goals and represents the company positively and professionally;
- Supervise all operations to ensure that all operations are completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications. This includes ensuring that all employees and/or subcontractors working on the project are working safely and productively.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project supervision;
- 2+ years of experience in telecommunications;
- OSHA 10/30 Certification is an advantage;
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule that includes travel;
- Ability to instruct, train, mentor, and motivate workers to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures;
- Practical Knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include: Word, Excel, etc.
