Job Description

Oversee office operations
Respond to incoming calls and correspondence
Address employees queries regarding office management issues
Plan company events and spearhead additional projects as needed
Book hotels and employee housing when needed
Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records
Look over receipts and credit cards
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Order lunches for meetings as necessary
Oversees office maintenance and work closely with company owner
Ensures that the office facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures
Manages and reviews service invoices
Checks completed work by vendors and employees
Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees
Performs other related duties as assigned


Requirements--

High school diploma or equivalent
Has previous experience as construction office manager, administrative assistant or related field
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - solo and as part of a team
Flexible, friendly personality with high energy, positive attitude and initiative
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
Experienced and Bilingual
