Qualifications
Proficient in coax splicing and grounding. Can read CATV system maps with comprehension and build to specifications. Must be familiar with EMT, rigid conduit and molding installation. Must know NEC standards for cable placement in commercial buildings. Must be able to splice and activate with knowledge of forward and return. Must be able to utilize signal meters and record EOL readings.
Other Requirements
Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to pass drug screening and background check. Must be able to climb ladders and utility poles. Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Must know how to operate bucket trucks.
