Job Description
Field Service Manager position Fremont – Bay Area - CA
The Field Service Manager is experienced in the satellite communications industry. This position assures efficient service delivery by the technicians. Candidates in this position manage the day-to-day operations, direct technicians and address their training needs, ensures adequate staffing levels, and maximize asset, in order to achieve company goals. These positions report the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
• Provides daily leadership to the technicians within office.
• Manages productivity and is ultimately responsible for the final product or quality of craftsmanship.
• Works closely with the recruiting team to manages recruiting, hiring, and training of technicians for positive results.
• Trains and up trains existing installation staff on new and effective installation and sales techniques and tools.
• Handles all escalations for Market.
• Safeguard’s facility operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Maintain inventory
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting to management any safety issues and/or performance issues regarding internal installations group.
• Uses proper documentation, tools and procedures for reporting achievements and/or issues.
• Perform weekly/Monthly cycle count ensuring that Hunter-Cole processes are met.
• Provides updates and reports to management, as deemed appropriate.
• Ensures customer/consumer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in the Telecommunications Industry Dish/DTV experience preferred
• 2 years successful field services supervision, leadership or related experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Strong focus on customer relationship building
• Leadership experience and capability within project execution and service delivery
• Competent, customer-oriented professional who can multi-task and support multiple geographic locations concurrently.
• Ability to anticipate customer and team needs and provide proactive support.
Base salary, with high earning potential in performance and commission bonuses. $48,000 to $75,000 annually, based on performance. There is no limit to how much you can earn with our bonus program.
