Pay
We pay out 35-40% to crew depending experience. Hotels, fuel, maintenance covered for in-house. First check two weeks out then every week after that. Direct deposit. Can either go 1099 or W2. Subs welcomed and pricing will be discussed one on one.
Qualifications
Must be knowledgeable of prints and follow customers specifications. Ability to climb desired, but willing to train the right person willing to learn and follow directions
Other Requirements
Climbing gear and hand tools.
Job Description
We have new fiber build projects strand and lash in Alabama and Mississippi. And a overlash project in Mississippi. With more coming in other areas TBA later.
