Experience in supervisory role, underground utility installation. Able to read blueprints. Good communication skills is a must.

Job Description

Established underground utility company in need of a construction manager to run job sites. Looking for someone who is professional, self dependent, knowledgeable, tech savvy, and safety oriented.

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage the construction of multiple projects simultaneously.
Create schedules for construction crew and ensure all projects are properly staffed.
Maintain tight project deadlines through communicating with subcontractors and suppliers daily.
Mitigate problems that may arise in the scopes of work by contacting necessary associates and suppliers.
Meet design team, inspectors, and engineers on the job site as necessary.
Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all job sites.
Communicate project status updates and client requests to the Director of Construction.
