Qualifications
Would like 5+ years experience in coax splicing, forward & reverse activation, sweep, installing and activating power supplies a bonus, and troubleshooting. Node split activation a plus! Copper and/or fiber splicing experience is a plus! Ability to read design maps, and change design as needed. Ability to document your work.
Other Requirements
Clean driving record, must pass drug screen and background check.
Job Description
Splicing/Activation of aerial and UG coax, replacements, pole transfers, reroutes, etc. Must be able to run docsis tests and read a meter. Design plant on the go and make changes when necessary and approved. Night work is required when cutting into active plant that feeds customers.
