10 years of experience in telecommunications industry and 5 years of experience managing OSP construction projects.
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage all phases and aspects of OSP construction projects in multiple jurisidctions, including personnel, material and equipment on time and on budget.
Direct the day-to-day field operations of employees and subcontractors, providing necessary technical guidance and leadership.
Coordinate and facilitate communication with internal and external resources to affect the timely completion of projects
Must be able to manage multiple aggressive RFP and design construction schedules and responses
Develop, train and enforce proper documentation of OSP administrative activities (work orders, time sheets, As-Built maps/programs, walk-out and pre-con meetings).
Ability and willingness to pull on call duty to respond to network outages and emergency restoration activities.
Ensure Company tracking methods and systems are implemented to measure productivity levels, coordinate with fleet and tool management, and perform regular review of job cost and progress reports.
