Pay
Hourly rates w/overtime, Vacation, Holiday, and Benefits available. Hourly rate will depend on the experience of applicant.
Qualifications
Must be familiar with coax splicing (balancing equipment), bucket truck operations, light aerial work (simple pole transfers and dead ends) and simple vegetation removal if needed. 3-5 years experience.
Other Requirements
Must be able to work 5 days a week, provide yourself with transportation to and from office, lead and or work well with other employees, homeowners, and customers. Truck, meters, and coring tools will be provided by employer as well as shirts and PPE. Splicer will only need basic hand tools.
Job Description
Hard working individual looking to start over or begin a career with an established utility construction company. Job will involve all aspects of coax splicing, light aerial and U/G construction (if needed) in and around the Baton Rouge area. Local work on a daily basis and will be home each night. Some high profile work that impacts a large number of customers will be performed between 12:00Am-5:00AM.
