We are actively seeking experienced Fiber Splicers and Construction Managers, with knowledge of the Telecommunication industry. All candidates will be required to follow safety standards while ensuring the highest quality of work in an efficient and timely manor.
Other Requirements
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Must hold a valid Driver's License. Ability to work non-standard workhours as needed. Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Job Description
Fiber splicers:
Responsible for terminating and testing various fiber optic systems. Must have the ability to comprehend fiber schematics and other company records in order to ensure a high-quality performance. Will need to update and maintain accurate records throughout a project as well as complete required weekly paperwork such as time sheets and daily work orders. Candidate must have a wide variety of skill sets and must have the ability to work alone effectively and efficiently.
Construction Supervisors:
Preferred applicant will have three years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Familiar with telcom OSP projects and materials. Potential candidate must be well-organized, able to clearly communicate in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform with a high level of professionalism. Proficiency with spreadsheets, email, and word processing program.
