Must know CATV and have experience in doing install and trouble calls. Must have CATV/DOCSIS Networks understanding, Must have customer service skills. Team work oriented and willing to travel to surrounding areas.
Other Requirements
Must know how to motivate and coach techs, Five (5) years of experience in fulfillment and working knowledge of safe practices
Job Description
Responsible for supervising telecommunications routes and contract technicians. Job functions include but are not limited to monitoring routes to ensure job completion and on time arrival, warehouse management, quality control inspections, and customer service. This is a service and supervisory position, thus you are expected to use the authority to make decisions to provide successful transactions and satisfy internal and external customers. Performance and work product at all times must comply with the law and industry standards, be technically sound, exhibit courteous professionalism.
