Job Description
The current position we are actively looking to fill is Aerial Lineman. It is important to us that we find someone who is a leader and able to work well with others. As crew leader, we expect our linemen to confidently direct their team while motivating them to efficiently and safely complete projects. We are looking for a full time employee only, no contractors.
Responsibilities for an Aerial Lineman:
Show up on time everyday
Read and understand prints and maps; track progress on projects
Operate T40 and 1-ton bucket trucks
Place Fiber Optic cables in new builds
Set anchors, dress poles, and place strand to customer specifications
Pull cable through conduit and lash onto strand
Perform maintenance on fiber optic lines
Work in an outdoor environment during all times of the year
Direct traffic flow in accordance with local D.O.T. guidelines
