Job Description
Jaguar Technologies is seeking EXPERIENCED Cable Technicians for our Field Supervisor Position. This candidate will lead and motivate a diverse team in RF and Broadband Internet installations. Supervisory experience is a plus. Must demonstrate industry related service experience. A Field Coordinator should have good communication, leadership, customer service and technical skills.
General Requirements
· Pass a background including; drug screen, motor vehicle report and industry-standard background check.
· Must have TRUCK, VAN or SUV. Capable of securing a ladder using approved rack system.
· Organized and attentive to detail
· Able to work a flexible Full-time schedule (including weekends)
· Possess strong computer and problem-solving skills
Technical Requirements
· Experience in CATV/ RF/ DOCSIS/ Internet Installations
· Residential and/or Commercial cable installations to the device
· Capable of trouble shooting both on site and remotely
· Verbally educating installers in effort to resolve service issues remotely by trouble shooting in real time.
· Familiar with Signal meter testing devices
· Monitoring signal upload information for compliance and quality assurance
· Possess Advanced Technical support knowledge and familiar with industry terminology
· Reviewing, interpreting signal and submitting maintenance requests as needed
