We have an immediate need
Looking for a career minded individual to serve as a lead line man. Very limited to almost no travel required. Our local work is plentiful. This labor-intensive position is responsible for tracking projects and their progression, supervising and working with multiple aerial construction crews and directing their activities. The successful candidate will have working knowledge in both aerial and underground construction techniques, procedures and requirements. This person will need to have some experience in the operation of construction equipment such as a bucket truck, lashers, fiber blowers and assist wheels. Must be well versed in maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring proper operation and maintenance of equipment and tools, incorporating proper traffic control procedures maintaining a clean and organized job site and wearing appropriate PPE. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Preferred experience:
5+ years’ experience in aerial and underground construction to support telecommunications
