Certainly DOE. Our goal is $1400-$1600 / week


Must have a valid Drivers license; must possess Social Security Card / Birth Certificate or Passport; no felonies or criminal misdemeanors with our customer's required period of time and no open or pending criminal court cases; decent driving record; can pass drug testing.

Other Requirements

Possess 1 year managerial or 3 years supervisory experience in the Residential Cable TV installation industry.

Job Description

The Managers or Regional Managers function is a key position within the DCOMM organization. The job requires a positive can-do attitude, the ability and willingness to take actions. The manager and regional managers are individuals with a heightened sense of urgency.
Responsibilities include tracking business results, monitoring finances, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and develop process improvement efforts. Control headcount fluctuations, initiate the hiring process, work close with the DCOMM recruiter.
To be a successful Operations Manager, you should have experience in the same or similar role, demonstrate the ability to influence technician and business partner alike positively.

For all DCOMM employee’s integrity and honesty must be practiced daily. Everything DCOMM archives must be the result of honest initiatives and plans.

• Monitor and maintain the required headcount (With the focus on W-2)
• Vendor management (Meet set headcount requirements through 1099 onboarding)
• Track KPIs over time, develop and execute initiatives targeting performance improvement.
• Validate finances and adjust as needed to control spending (E.g. Overtime, Chargebacks)
• The ability to interpret financial data and allocate local budgets
• Facilitates cross-functional communications and cooperation with internal departments and service partners (sub-contractor)
• Focus on various employee initiatives (E.g. employee appreciation)
• ability to communicate with clients, provide required feedback and information
• Lead, direct and guide employees (E.g. Technician, leads, supervisor, dispatch)
• Monitor and Track the equipment and material management
• Ensure all safety initiatives and policies are followed
• Must have a sense of urgency and excellent time management skills
• The ability to lead and influence change
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Regularly observes and mentors’ employees regarding safety, quality, productivity and well-being
• Performs field safety observations and quality control checks in accordance with company TQA requirements.
• Resolves and proactively prevents customer escalations
• Establishes positive employee relations through effective individual and team communication and provide ongoing support
• Instills knowledge of all client’s company products and services

Maintains records and documents in accordance with company (Client & DCOMM) policies and procedures
• Adheres to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable
• Knows, understands, and follows company policy
• All other tasks as dictated by leadership

The following Key Performance Indicators (KPI) must be tracked daily and controlled through initiatives established by any level of management.
1) Repeats
2) Headcount
3) Meter Compliance (as outlined by our client)
4) Estimated Time of Arrival setting (ETA)
5) On Time Arrival (OTA)
6) CPE and material management
7) Manage all financial aspects (E.g. Overtime)
The primary KPIs are part of every managers (regional managers) scorecard and will determine the overall performance of the markets and individual mangers (regional manager). The KPIs will be used to determine End of Year bonuses.
