Must have Viavi or Veex meter for uploads. Must be able to complete triple installs and have General knowledge of Ingress and signal levels. We will remove techs who are not doing their jobs correctly.

No whiners, We also don't need anyone who is jumping from market to market due to bad metrics. If you you are a tech who didnt get trained correctly we will gladly retrain you. Techs who have a truck can ask about our other pay scales if you do not have any tools.

We have been in business for three years and provide local contract labor in the West Texas area. We have opportunities for individuals who are driven to become future management as we grow. We have recently spread into other markets across Texas as well as Louisiana. We have plenty of room for installers.

These Rates are for trained Techs who have all Equipment including Viavi or Veex meter.

Techs who have great metrics will have an opportunity to work our other local contracts if they choose to stay in town.
