Job Description
Growing company in search of full time employee(s) or independent 1099 to grow our aerial, ug and splicing operations.
Salary based on experience. Unit, hourly and mixed pay structures available.
Medical, vision and dental plan available after 90 days (not available to independents).
Operations are within Ohio.
Must have a valid driver's license and pass MVR screen.
Must be able to pass pre-employment background screen, physical and drug test.
Some of the qualifications we are seeking:
Aerial placing to include strand, copper, fiber and coax and pole sets
Copper Splicing
Coax Splicing
Fiber splicing (ribbon and loose tube)
OTDR and PWR meter reading
UG placing
Conduit placing
Concrete work
Daily production sheets/time sheets
Punctuality and reliability
Integrity and attention to detail
