Utilities One Inc is looking for a qualified Electrical Project Manager in Aerial Power Delivery Underground and Overhead Construction in North-Dade/Broward, Florida State. We are offering an opportunity to put your electrical experience in underground, aerial construction and maintenance, as well as OSP fiber optic splicing and termination, to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment and doing so for one of the fastest growing construction company in the USA. Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for directing in-house crews and subcontractors. The Project Manager plays the lead role in planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This position supports the Project Management and Construction team and customers in addition to various personnel in the company.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee construction projects from beginning to end.
• Direct the performance of the construction craft personnel on all duties according to prescribed safety procedures up to and including the uses of the appropriate safety equipment for the construction of overhead and underground.
• Manage budget to align with goals of the business.
• Provides direction and support for Lineman and crews during all phases of construction activity.
• Ensures that it meets industry standards, is technically reliable, and performed in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed.
• Allocate and manage resources to ensure they are available when needed throughout the construction projects.
• Read, understand and interpret engineering plans and specifications.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications:
• Electrical certificates and licenses are necessary.
• Understanding of basic and advanced electrical principles, including knowledge of electricity and how to safely work around it.
• Ability to read and interpret construction prints, plans.
• This position requires significant time walking on uneven ground. Must be able to perform duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Compliance with proper safety standards, procedures, and work practices according to Utilities One or project customer.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation techniques.
• Work up to 6 days per week in an all -weather environment and be willing to travel as required.
• Safety training and knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Must be capable of distinguishing primary colors.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Familiar with construction and project management software programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5 or more years of experience
Salary: 70,000-80,000 per Year
