Production wages. Pay is always on time. Pay is two weeks out and then paid weekly. No retention held. Direct Deposit only. 1099.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience as lead lineman with the ability to read and understand Fiber-CATV design prints, aerial fiber & strand construction from start to finish. Must be a self starter and be self sufficient. You will be expected to complete all work start to finish. Place and install new strand and fiber, risers, down guy, bonding, pole transfers, MST installation, etc.
Other Requirements
You must provide all hand tools and climbing gear and be able to climb, work/operate a T-40 bucket (or similar) truck. Must be able to pass a background screening. Must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to lawfully work within the borders of the USA. Forman’s are required to have a working mobile phone and respond to calls in a timely manner. We are looking for professionals. If you cannot show up for work on time and deliver the required footages or output, please look elsewhere.
Job Description
You will be responsible for completing your bill maps on a daily basis. On time payment is dependent on your ability to complete all paperwork on time.
New T40 or similar truck will be provided along with safety equipment. You are responsible for damages to your truck and keeping your truck clean of debris.
Hotel room provided (or camper lot reimbursement).
Primarily street side work but some climbing will be necessary.
New build Fiber construction including MST installation.
Work Requirement is Monday through Saturday, with Sunday being an option if you choose to work.
