120$ per install, 40$ per Service Call, 5$ bonus for trainers, 5$ bonus for area managers(on all jobs). all materials are provided (Cabling, grounding). Techs are eligible for sales bonuses.
Qualifications
ViaSat Certified or willing to train.
Other Requirements
provide own tools/ Ladder / transportation. I can lend tools for the first month or 2 to help get techs started.
