Must have full knowledge of Docsis 3.0 and better, must be well organized, team focused, have leadership skills, great communication and punctuality.
Job Description
Field supervisor must make sure local teams are doing their job correctly and arriving on time every time. Must support teams if running behind. Must QC at least 25% of the work being performed. Coach teams as necessary. Take care of damage claims or customer concerns where a supervisor is requested. Also, the supervisor must make sure company vehicles are clean and well maintained.
Must approve not dones and tap maintanience requests.
