I don't need 20 years experience but if you have that then that's great. If you tell me you know what you're doing and show up green you're just wasting your own time and money. Work is mainline aerial construction, no make ready work, placing strand, cable, hardware anchors etc. Looking for bucket experience, climbing and working on ladders near power space. Most cable is 12-96, 144-288 is less common but still used for backbone. Reading maps, prints etc and redlining when necessary.

Pay is production, ask for rates. This is a pretty long term project which will last a couple years at least with opportunities to expand beyond the core project while staying in the same region.This is all new build onto existing power space. The terrain is mostly rural, long spans, tough terrain is common but not overwhelming. Would like a crew of 2 with good communication and I can add a ground hand pretty easily. If you're solo I can also recruit helpers so you can have your own crew and train them as you see fit. This is a consistent project, rates aren't the best but the money shows up by being consistent and just working. Loyalty is rewarded, if you're just coming here to fill in a gap between chasing short term projects this isn't the place for that. You will be joining an existing splicing crew with years into this project, we were recently asked to supplement the aerial construction side as we are local and responsive with whatever needs to be done. This will be as hands off as you can make it, we don't micromanage or treat our team members like kids, you are 100% responsible for your work. Redlines are generally approved on the fly when you are proven to make the right decisions to keep you going forward. Pay is 2 weeks out and weekly every Friday.
