Qualifications
1 year Telecommunication experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Able to read and understand maps and blue prints.Basic Microsoft Office computer skills. Knowledge of Coax and Fiber systems. Working knowledge of survey fundamentals for telecommunications.
Other Requirements
Able to work outside in all types of weather. Must pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check. Must possess a valid driver's license.
Job Description
Inspect all field installation and Outside Plant work performed by technicians and subcontractors. Assess the work performed in accordance to all technical specifications. Assign necessary repairs and/or modifications to meet specifications. Complete all safety and QC related paperwork, data entry, and reporting processes. Promote and ensure quality and safety from each Contractor. Make continuous recommendations and suggestions for additional quality improvement and installation efficiencies.
