Qualifications
Technicians are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cable television, phone, and internet services. Performing basic line troubleshooting to the modem and cable box. Must have excellent customer service skills, self-motivation, and be organized. Must be willing to learn. Must be a good communicator and be able to solve problems independently. Must have the ability to work during inclement weather.
Other Requirements
Good customer service. Willingness to learn. Valid drivers license. Must pass background and drug test. Must be able to travel at times. Ability to climb ladders. Lift up to 80 lbs. Must have own truck or van withladder rack. Must have own tools (drill, rg6-rg11 splicer and compression tool, cutters, meters, hard hat, positioning belt, etc....) and ladders. Ladders must have hooks. If you don't have tools we can help you get them. Experience is good if none will train.
